A lamp or two are in the air lately, but don’t get carried away as they can be a pain in the arse. They are also a little bit of a monopoly as most players have a hard time keeping track of them.
The best way to keep track of them is to slap them on your character’s wrist. Of course, this is only if you have the stamina to spare. For the rest of us, the next best option is to go the ol’ fashioned route and make use of their enchantments. This is a good way to ensure your precious cargo remains safe. If not, you may have to deal with a few pranksters as well. In this case, you will probably be better off using a charm necklace or two.
One of the best places to pick up a new lamp is at the Myths of the White Lands event at the Royal Castle, where the aforementioned Royalty event takes place. There is a bit of a wait, but the rewards are worth the wait. To boot, the aforementioned event has a special stipulation. As such, a lot of the perks are limited to those who are lucky enough to land one of the rare few. You should also bear in mind that the event may not be available on a specific day. That said, the reward is a hefty 500 xp, which isn’t too shabby in the current economic climate.
Keeping track of them all is a challenge, but the best way to go about it is to keep your eyes out for the ones that pop up on your travels. In the meantime, you can get the rest of the aforementioned reward by using a spell named Swept Away. You can even try to cash in some of your penguin points to get it.
